How do I use the Fire-Science.com Web site?
Using our web site is easy! There are three ways to view our catalog and all of them are found
on the left-hand-side of our page:
Browse by Style: select the product style you would like to see from the dropdown menu. For example, if you want to see round fire pits, you would select "Fire pits (Circular)" from the menu
Quick Search:
Enter keywords in the box and click the search button. Click "Advanced Search" if you would like to search by departments, styles, price and more.
Departments:
Click on any department to see its product sections. For example, clicking on "Fire Pits" takes you to the main Fire Pits page, where you can select from several types of Pits.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Fire-Science.com uses standard ground shipping. Most of our items are delivered within 10-14 business days, depending on the size and weight of purchased item. Expedited shipping can be quoted upon request.
What forms of payment does Fire-Science.com accept?
